XIII Congresso das Açordas
In March it is time to taste “a thousand and one açordas” in the Congress of the Açordas, an event that intends to value one of the most emblematic dishes of the Alentejo gastronomy: Açorda (soups with bread). The Gastronomic and Regional Products Fair, exhibitions, showcooking, contests, fado and cante alentejano are initiatives that enliven the days and nights of the Açordas Congress, an event that annually attracts thousands of visitors.
